    Tomato Rasam Recipe:


    Required things


    Grind in a mixer

    4 tomatoes chopped

    3 chilies

    6 cloves of garlic

    1 tbsp pepper

    2 tbsp cumin seeds

    2 ½ glasses of water

     

    To keep the Rasam

     

    1 tbsp oil

    1 tbsp mustard

    1 bunch of fenugreek leaves

    2 chilies

    3 tbsp salt

    1 tbsp turmeric powder

    1 bunch coriander

     

    Tomato Rasam Recipe (step by step) 

     

    Even when we consume hard food items like chicken and mutton, we eat juice along with the food and the digestive process goes faster. Try making a new rasam instead of this digestive routine.     Recipe

    1. First, take a mixing jar and add a small piece of asafoetida / Hing, three chilies, six cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of pepper, and two teaspoons of cumin and grind it finely.

    2. Then chop four tomatoes into small pieces and grind them well in a mixer jar along with the already ground ingredients. After that add grated tomato in a bowl.

    3. Add two and half glasses of water along with ground tomatoes and mix well. Then put a pan on the stove and pour one teaspoon of oil in it and when the oil dries well, add one teaspoon of mustard to it.

    4. Then when the mustard is fried well, add a bunch of curry leaves and two red chilies, cut in half and then season it for ten seconds and then add the tomato solution that we keep and pour it.

    5. Then add one teaspoon of turmeric powder and 3 teaspoons of salt to it and stir well. Then when the rasam boils well, turn off the stove and sprinkle a handful of coriander and the delicious tomato rasam is ready.
