    • Fish - 1/2kg
    • Oil   - 100ml
    • Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
    • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
    • Coriander powder - 2 tablespoon
    • Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon
    • Salt. - 1/2 tablespoon
    • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
    • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

    First in bowl add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder add salt and mix it all at once addling little water and lemon juice it. Make thick paste of it.

    After this, take the fish one at a time. Now apply the masala paste on both side of fish. Let the fish rest for 10 to 15 minutes , now the fish is ready to fry.

    Heat frying pan or Tawa on the stove, add oil once the oil get heated add one or two piece of fish slowly according to the size of your pan or tawa. fry on high flame for 1 minutes that after reduce flame to medium for 2 to 3 minutes. now upside down the fish again cook for 2 to 3 minutes so both side cook properly. (Note : If you keep flame in high the fish will not be soft to eat and it will become hard piece)
